An account is not a membership

Standing — member in good standing — comes from an active contribution, a vote, or a grant. It is never automatic with signup, and it is never revoked by a lapsed payment alone.

What membership runs on

Identity lives in our own Keycloak. Money, when you choose to contribute, flows through Open Collective. Governance happens in Loomio. The hub just ties them together — it holds nothing of its own.
